INDO is a new restaurant in Palo Alto California, located on El Camino and Lambert Ave. Our culinary concept is aimed at introducing some traditional indonesian dishes along with other entrees showcasing Executive Chef Tommy's interpretation of Indonesian flavor profiles. Come join us for a unique dinning experience that is setting a new standard of hospitality for casual fine dinning scenes in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Laksa is Southeast Asia’s wild child, born from Malay, Chinese, and Peranakan heritage, it’s bold, coconut-rich, and unapologetically spicy.

Ours leans into the Indonesian versions from Medan and Palembang: rice noodles tangled in coconut curry with shrimp, fish cake, tomato, bean sprouts, and a soft egg soaking it all in.

It’s the kind of bowl that pulls you in, literally 🍜
