After Hurricane Michael swept Chris's job into the ocean, we decided to launch our own food truck. Rebuilding our home during the day and building our business at night, we tweaked our recipes and created unique and classic crepes for our friends to enjoy. Meet the Business Owner Business owner information Chris C. Business Owner Classically trained as a chef and having earned his food science degree in 1994, Chris has served in foodservice for over 33 years. Moving back to Florida in 2017, Chris missed his Saturday mornings drinking coffee and eating crepes with his family and friends at a local crêperie. He discussed his idea of creating a local crêperie here in Historic St Andrews with his wife, Liz of 26 years, and the rest is history in the making.
