To my friends, family, and everyone who has supported our restaurant over the years,
After a lot of thought and many emotions, I've decided it's time for me to retire and hand the restaurant over to my daughter and son-in-law. Dulce and Raheem Palmore
This has been one of the hardest decisions I've ever made. This restaurant has been my life for more than 10 years. It has given me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, and many of you have become like family to me. I will always be grateful for every meal you shared with us, every kind word, and every time you chose to walk through our doors.
I won't lie this change has brought a lot of tears. When you spend years building something with your own hands and your whole heart, it's hard to let go. But I know I can't do this forever, and I believe it's time to let the next generation carry it forward.
My daughter and son-in-law have a vision for the future. They'll be making some changes over time, but I know they're doing it because they love this restaurant and want to see it continue for many years to come. I ask that you give them the same love, patience, and support you've always shown me.
Thank you for believing in me all these years. This community has meant everything to me, and I'll always carry these memories in my heart.
As I step away, I do so with gratitude, peace, and hope. I know the restaurant is in good hands, and I'm excited to watch this next chapter unfold.
