Our mission is to serve the best BBQ in Paris, Tx.

And our food trailer "ground zero" in this endeavor. We are focusing on our St. Louis pork ribs. With our dry rub, they are, hands down, the best. Next, our best seller is the brisket sandwich. with our house sauce and chopped or sliced beef. And dont forget our Pulled Pork; very good. Well, folks, today is our last day to be open. It was a last minute decision that had to be made.
We give a thank you to all our our customers that have supported us with great care and enthusiasm.
We have enjoyed making friends and bringing smiles to hungry faces.
