Freshies started out at the Park Silly Market and farmers market and have expanded into a restaurant and food truck that serves Park City, Midway and Salt Lake City. Owners Ben and Lorin Smaha grew up in the New England area. Ben from Cape Elizabeth, ME and Lorin from Lebanon, NH. Ben grew up surrounded by lobster boats and friends who were in the industry. He decided to obtain a license and teach

this way of life to local youth, taking kids out baiting, trapping and harvesting. Students were rewarded at the end of the week with a lobster bake that they worked for. Lorin’s culinary background and passion for food has helped expand the businesses offerings and catering options. Many have said that our Lobster Rolls far surpass those they eat on the coast of Maine. We feel we have perfected our recipe and because we get our meat shipped fresh overnight from Maine our product is supreme. We cater to meet your needs whether it be a casual lobster bake to a plated meal we can do it all lobster or not.
