We wanted to share a quick update since many of you have been asking about all the activity around the restaurant!
Construction is officially underway on a small addition to our building. While some may have been hoping for a larger dining room, we've reached the point where we need more Back of House space to better serve you.
Our addition will allow us to:
•Add much-needed freezer and food storage space.
•Relocate equipment into the new addition, creating more room in both our kitchen and server area.
•Improve workflow and efficiency for our team during our busiest times.
•Create a new entry area for our guests.
These improvements will help us keep up with the incredible growth we've experienced over the past few years and allow us to provide better service for everyone.
The good news... We are staying OPEN throughout construction!
Our dining room currently remains open and we are currently operating 13 of our 16 car hops, with the remaining 3 returning once construction is complete. If you'd rather skip the wait, you can also place your order online and pick it up! It's a convenient option while construction is underway.
Our goal is to keep both the dining room and our car hop service operating throughout the construction process. If anything changes along the way, we'll be sure to keep you updated.
We know some of you may have been hoping for a bigger dining room, and we completely understand! As much as we'd love more seating, expanding our Back of House will make a big difference in how efficiently we can serve you and continue providing the experience you've come to expect.
