Jimmy Avocado's and Sycamore Sweets proudly present our FREE Summer Pool Party for the community!

Come hang out with us on Wednesday, August 12th, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the City Park Pool!

Jimmy Avocado’s and Sycamore Sweets have rented out the entire pool for the evening, so bring the whole family, bring your friends, or just bring yourself because sometimes one person is already a full party. 😂

Come swim for FREE, cool off, grab some dinner, enjoy a cold beverage, listen to music from our DJ at Kindred Moments and help us celebrate the end of summer together!

We will also be STUFFING THE BUS! 🚌✏️📓

Wood County Schools will be bringing out a big old school bus, and we want to fill that thing from front to back with school supplies for local students!

Bring notebooks, pencils, crayons, backpacks, folders, glue sticks, or any other new school supplies you would like to donate.

Even if swimming is not your thing, come help a great cause, grab some dinner and dessert, enjoy the music, and stare grudgingly at everyone doing cannonballs while you remain comfortably dry.

This event is completely FREE and open to our community. Let’s pack the pool, stuff the bus, support our kids, and squeeze every last drop of fun out of summer before the school bells start ringing!

Reagan deserves a lil appreciation post this week🩷

Not only did she work just about every morning during Showcase, but she absolutely cleaned house in the show ring, too! Watching her balance it all (a lot) with such a positive attitude has been a pleasure.

I am incredibly proud of everything she’s accomplished and beyond grateful that she chooses to be part of our team. Your hard work, dedication, and heart never go unnoticed. I appreciate you more than you know!

If you ordered Thank You Gifts, they’ll be available for pickup starting tonight at 5:00 PM in the 4-H Dining Hall!

Please stop by the truck to pay, we’ll have your total ready for you.

All gift boxes and bags are labeled with the purchaser’s last name to make pickup quick and easy.

Don’t worry, the storefront will be open with normal hours all week too, so you can still stop by for all your Sycamore Sweets favorites no matter where you’re headed.
