Thank you so much for all who came out Friday night and helped us celebrate “The end of an era” lots of good memories were shared from both the “White Horse Pub” and “New London Cafe” bittersweet for sure! Many took the opportunity to acquire some of the memorabilia that had adorned the walls of both locations. For myself I ponder the wonderful memories that were made over the years, the opportunity to form friendships that I’m sure will endure, folks I never would have had the opportunity to have met if not for these restaurants. I got to work with and see daily for almost 8 years my daughter Katie a treat most parents don’t get with their adult children. I got to watch many young employees who worked with us while furthering their long term career goals, become parents and blossom into the people they have become. We got to share great food and times with numerous people, wonderful memories for sure. For me personally these restaurants were the culmination of a restaurant career that spanned 31 years, multiple states and roles. Thank you all for everything, I feel truly blessed! I’ll keep you posted on this page of upcoming developments, especially if should involve food.
