That’s why I’m excited to introduce our new blog on The Baker’s Table website.

This won’t be filled with generic recipes or fluff. It’s where I’ll share the why behind our seasonal favorites, what goes into running a small bakery, behind-the-scenes moments, baking tips, and the stories that don’t always fit in a social media post.

Our very first blog is all about why our Peach Cobbler Cheesecake is only available during peach season—and why that’s something I’ll never compromise on.

This small business journey continues to amaze me…

This week I had the honor of baking one of our seasonal Peach Cobbler Cheesecakes for Kansas City Chiefs offensive guard . What made it even more special? He took the time to come to my little bakery in Parkville to pick it up himself.

Moments like this remind me that you never know who’s watching you. I’ve been fortunate to bake for other Kansas City Chiefs players and their families, recording artist Kesha, local Kansas City corporate clients, and so many amazing people throughout our community. Every order, no matter how big or small, means the world to me.

Our Peach Cobbler Cheesecake is only available during peach season because we use fresh peaches, but the response has been incredible. It has me thinking… maybe our New York Style Cheesecake should feature a rotating seasonal flavor all year long.

Thank you, for supporting a small business. I truly appreciate it, and I hope you and your family enjoyed every bite.

We have a whole Peach Cobbler Cheesecake available for $90 and Peach Cobbler Cheesecake slices in the case for $11.25.

These won’t last long!

First come, first served.

If you want the whole cheesecake, send us a text 816-702-0020 and we’ll send you a payment link to reserve it. Just be sure to pick it up by 6:00 PM today.

Announcement 📣….

After the 4th of July we will be taking a short pause to invest in what’s ahead.

As a small business, we don’t always get the chance to hit the pause button—but every now and then, it’s important to.

We’ll be closed Thursday, July 9 through Saturday, July 11 for scheduled maintenance and a few behind-the-scenes improvements. This planned closure allows us to care for the space that serves you week after week.

We’ll be back Thursday, July 16, with everything you love.

Thank you for supporting our small bakery and allowing us a few days to make sure we’re putting our best foot forward.
