Prepping some balsamic glazed steak tips today. These are tenderized, cut, seasoned and marinated for atleast 24hrs before service!

An early father's day gift arrived today! I've been talking about installing an trompo/al pastor spit for a few years.

I'll need some practice with this piece of equipment before we have it available for the masses.
