Who has Cherry on Top for breakfast? Kansas Dept of Commerce! And anyone else lucky enough to get it. KDOC was in Parsons at 830 am Oct 15 to see Katy Antiques and Cherry on Top. Had to enjoy the ice cream and shop antiques. These businesses are a huge boost to Parsons.
