From introducing new menu items and serving thousands of sweet treats to catering unforgettable events, growing our space, attending Sprinkle of Excellence, learning at CookieCon, and creating memories with our incredible customersā€¦ June reminded us that every small step of faith leads to something greater.

A day in the life of the COO.

Running a small business is made up of so many moments that most people never see. Itā€™s the early mornings, the constant problem-solving, the creative ideas, the quiet moments spent learning, and the commitment to keep showing up every single day.

Somewhere between opening the shop, creating content, studying for my summer class, and closing the doors, I was reminded how grateful I am to do what I love.
