Hello, hello.
It has come to our attention that our manager berated and swore at our employees today. In public, no less. We, under no circumstances, condone such behavior and are appalled by such actions. We apologize for allowing such things to deteriorate to such a state and will be immediately stepping in to prevent future repetitions.
In light of such events, we will be closing tomorrow for training. We thank everyone for notifying us. In the upcoming week, we will also implement a feedback box to increase awareness and resolve problems before culminating into such a problem.
Our previous standards are currently being reevaluated to see where our training failed. Over the coming weeks, we will create and improve such training so such failures will not fall through the cracks.
Again, we apologize for such a dismal display.
Thanks for everyone’s understanding and going forward we will do better.

My behavior today has been unacceptable. I berated and swore at employees for symbolic displays of my own personal failings as a manager, just to absolve any personal responsibility for creating such a situation. No matter what the situation, that should have never been an option.
Such behavior dehumanizes. Even one such failure is too much, if only for the sake of others. As manager I should have sought to prevent problems from arising rather than trying to fix them after. Getting overwhelmed and venting not only in an unhealthy manner, but at the wrong people, derelicts my duties.
For that, I’m sorry. I will strive to do better.
Sorry to anyone I did betray for being so petty.
