Custom-built a wood-fired freestyle pizza at Della’s with earthy mushrooms and sharp blue cheese, and paired it with a local standout: the Paso Robles Downtown Winery chardonnay.

This bottle is the ultimate matchup for a heavy umami pie. It brings a gorgeous, subtle creaminess that stands right up to the rich blue cheese, but finishes with a crisp, vibrant fruit punch that cuts straight through the wood-fired crust.
