Treat the special man in your life to an exquisite 3-course dining experience, meticulously crafted by Chef Jorge. Our Father's Day Special for two, priced at $160, promises an evening of exceptional flavors and cherished memories.

🍤First Course: Succulent Cajun Shrimp and Linguica, served with a rich molcajete sauce of charred tomato, tomatillo, and onion, complemented by mild cannellini beans.

🥩Main Course: A magnificent 32 oz Prime Bone-In Tomahawk Steak, perfectly cooked and accompanied by a vibrant chimichurri sauce, a tender baked potato, and sautéed seasonal vegetables (cauliflower, bell pepper, red onions).

Jorge Junior takes great pride in the restaurant's curated wine list. He had a difficult time picking just ONE favorite, but the winner was the 2023 Catena "DV Catena - Tinto Histórico" - a Malbec Blend from Mendoza, Argentina.

"Composed of 79% Malbec, 15% Bonarda and 6% Petit Verdot, the 2023 DV Catena Tinto Histórico pays tribute to Domingo Vicente Catena's red blends of the 1930s. It is quite pretty and refined on the nose, bringing together red fruit, licorice and dried-spice aromas that introduce a lush, texturally satisfying palate before concluding with a solid, lively finish." - WIne Advocate.

When it came to the pairing, it didn't take Jorge long to recommend enjoy it with a traditional Peruvian disk -- Lomo Saltado (Harris Ranch Filet Mignon strips, soy sauce, ají amarillo, tomatoes served with fried potatoes and rice).

Our wine list is a nice collections of local and international wines perfect for pairing with Chef Jorge's cuisine!

We asked Alyssa To pick her favorite and she went with the 2024 Patelin de Tablas Blanc from Tablas Creek.

✨"The Tablas Creek Vineyard Patelin de Tablas Blanc is a blend of six white Rhône and Rhone-adjacent varieties: Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Vermentino, and Picpoul Blanc with fruit from sixteen top Rhone vineyards in Paso Robles, each vineyard selected for its quality. Like many white wines from the Southern Rhône, it is based on the crisp acids and rich mouthfeel of Grenache Blanc, with Viognier for floral, tropical aromatics and luscious stone fruit flavors, Roussanne and Marsanne for structure and spice, and additions of Vermentino and Picpoul Blanc for brightness and texture. "
