🚨 Review vs. Reality: The Facts Matter 🚨
We love what we do here at ECC Eatery, and we take pride in serving extraordinary food at prices well below market value. But every now and then, a review comes in that we just have to address for the sake of transparency.

Here’s the reality of what happened:
The Claim: "60 bucks for breakfast."
The Reality: The guest ordered a mix of breakfast and lunch entrees for his family (our lunch average is $16), plus a soda, a large coffee, and a cappuccino. With tax included, the total for the entire group came to $60.
The Menu: Every single price is clearly displayed. You can’t choose the most expensive items on a menu and then blame the restaurant for the total!
We aren’t mad—as professionals, we don’t get upset. But we are deeply concerned. We understand people go through hard times. If affordability was the issue, all it would have taken was a kind word to our staff. We are compassionate people and would have gladly assisted or even covered the meals if a family was truly in need.
Instead, this guest chose to throw a tantrum in front of his own family, walk out, and then try to hurt a small business’s livelihood with a misleading 1-star review.
To all our amazing, respectful regulars who know the hard work that goes into our food every day—thank you for always carrying yourselves with kindness. We see you, we appreciate you, and we can’t wait to serve you this week! 🥪☕️
