The day has finally come… The Foundation is ready to open its doors! 🎉

We’re excited to welcome everyone starting tomorrow, Saturday, May 23rd. To ensure the best possible dining experience, we’ll be starting our first week with breakfast and lunch service, followed by dinner beginning next weekend. This gives our team the time to fine-tune every detail and make sure everything is just right!

This weekend and this week, we will be open from 7am - 2 or 3pm. Normal hours will be 7am - 10pm daily!

We're located at 854 S. Kalamazoo St in Paw Paw!

We truly can’t wait to open our doors and become part of this amazing community.

As we get started, we kindly ask for a little grace:

• Please pardon the dust! We still have a few decorations, pipes, gears, and clogs to finish adding to the space.
• Please be patient if you encounter any early kinks—we’re working hard to get everything running smoothly.
• Please share your feedback, good or bad—it helps us grow and serve you better!

**The Foundation Update! 🎉**

We’re excited to share that we’ve begun making phone calls for employment opportunities! With over 100 applications submitted, it’s taken time to carefully review each one — and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and interest.

This past weekend was a big one for us… all of our new kitchen equipment has officially been delivered! We’ve been busy uncrating and assembling everything piece by piece, and it’s all starting to come together.

We’re officially in the home stretch, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. Thank you for being part of this journey with us! 💛

Big progress happening at The Foundation! 💪
We’re excited to share that a majority of the major construction is now complete. Drywall is finished, most of the electrical is wrapped up, and our mechanical/HVAC systems are installed and running.
This weekend has been full of action with painting, tiling, and the start of those all-important finishing touches. Next up: flooring, followed by equipment and furniture deliveries over the next few weeks.
It’s all starting to come together—and we’re getting excited!!
We also want to send a huge thank you to everyone who came out for our open interviews. The turnout was incredible! We truly appreciate your interest and energy. Our team will be reaching out to everyone this week.

Exciting things are happening at The Foundation! 🏗️✨

We are thrilled to share that our build is in full swing with all hands on deck. Our electricians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors are working hard to bring this vision to life, and the energy on-site is incredible!

This week marked some major milestones: 🍳 Some of the kitchen equipment and hoods have been officially installed. 🪧 Our building sign and road signs are up, making it feel more real than ever!

Seeing this rapid progress is so rewarding, and we can’t wait to welcome you all soon. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the finish line! 🛠️🙌

First and foremost, thank you for sticking with us! We know the anticipation is building, and we truly appreciate your patience while we work behind the scenes.

The internal buildout is in full swing! We’re collaborating daily with our amazing contractors to make sure everything is perfect for our grand opening. We’re just as eager as you are to get the kitchen firing and the tables set! 🍽️
