Turn key! Ready for business! Dine in, Patio and a Drive Thru. Everything's included. Property, equipment, fixtures and decorations, 2 station POS system, Roadhouse logo rights and recipes. 229k

189k if your not interested in keeping it Roadhouse. That would include property and all the kitchen equipment. Venthood, griddle oven combo, Deep fryer, two burner stove top. Large cold station, medium cold station, 3 compartment steam table, commercial freezer and fridge. Ice machine, several stainless work tables, two large box freezers, tankless hot water heater and some miscellaneous items I'm sure I'm missing. All the equipment was purchased new in 2018 and some of it was purchased new in 2021. Electric and plumbing and heat and air were new and updated in 2018.

After three years of this adventure, with much prayer and discussion, we have decided it’s time for us to move on and pursue some other interests!!

We are putting Roadhouse up for sale!!

This week will be our very last week, so make sure you stop by for lunch and get your Roadhouse Fix!! 🌮🍔🍟🌭

We’ll be open normal hours (11-3) and our drive-thru will be open from 1-3!
