The best part of crème brûlée is cracking through the top—so we kept that part and changed everything underneath.

Savory tomato crème brûlée with a glassy caramelized crust, farm tomatoes, baby basil and black pepper grissini. Familiar, unexpected and very much not dessert. 🍅

These beauties are Sugar Beets! Grown by TheFarmInRI, sugar beets taste like earth, brown sugar, and root cellar sweetness in the best way. We grated them into a spiced cake and finished it with brown sugar cream cheese icing.

Hey everyone! We wanted to share Captain’s story: At only a year and a half old, he was dumped at a shelter as a puppy overnight and one of our very good friends took him home the next day and called him theirs, they knew it was meant to be when he came in. He was diagnosed with cancer last week. He is a sweet boy and needs some help. If you are able to share this with anyone you may know or donate to his go fund me, he would be furever grateful. Let’s help this sweet boy go on a road to recovery!
