Today we want to give a special shoutout to the man behind the oven, the dough, the long hours, and so much of what makes Stone & Flame possible. Thank you for your dedication, hard work, and passion—not only as a pizza maker, but as an amazing father and role model. Your family and our community are blessed to have you.

We’d also like to wish a very Happy Father’s Day to all the dads in our Stone & Flame family and to all of our wonderful customers. Thank you for everything you do for your families and for our community. Your hard work, sacrifice, and commitment do not go unnoticed.

☀️ SUMMER HOURS UPDATE ☀️

Due to the extreme summer temperatures we’re experiencing here in Pecos, we will be adjusting our business hours temporarily.

Effective immediately, Stone & Flame will open daily at 4:00 PM, including Saturdays and Sundays.

As many of you know, we operate from a pop-up tent, and with temperatures reaching 110°F or higher, the heat creates challenges not only for our team but also for maintaining the quality of our fresh ingredients. Since we do not have air conditioning in our outdoor setup, this schedule change will help us protect both our staff and the quality of the food we proudly serve.

This is a temporary summer schedule and will remain in effect until temperatures become more manageable.

We truly appreciate your understanding, support, and continued business. We look forward to serving you every day starting at 4:00 PM!

Debido a las altas temperaturas que estamos experimentando en Pecos, estaremos realizando un ajuste temporal en nuestro horario de atención.

A partir de hoy, Stone & Flame abrirá todos los días a las 4:00 PM, incluyendo sábados y domingos.

Como muchos de ustedes saben, operamos desde una carpa al aire libre, y con temperaturas que alcanzan los 110°F o más, el calor representa un reto tanto para nuestro equipo como para la calidad de los ingredientes frescos que utilizamos. Al no contar con aire acondicionado en nuestra área de trabajo, este cambio de horario nos ayudará a proteger a nuestro personal y a mantener la calidad de los alimentos que con orgullo servimos.

Este será un horario temporal de verano y permanecerá vigente mientras continúen las temperaturas extremas.

We wanted to let you know that we will be taking a short break this weekend to spend some much-needed family time and attend to personal matters.

We will be closed this weekend, but we’ll be back and ready to serve you on Tuesday at 4:00 PM with the same passion and dedication you know us for.

Dear Stone & Flame family,

Due to the recent and unexpected severe weather we’ve experienced this week, we have made the difficult decision to remain CLOSED TODAY.

On Wednesday, strong winds nearly took away our pop-up setup. Unfortunately, yesterday’s storm caused significant damage, blowing away our tent, tables, and some of the equipment we had set up outside. Thankfully, the injuries were minor, but our employee suffered a bump on his forehead, and one of us was left with a painful arm injury.

This morning, we replaced our tent and tables in hopes of continuing to serve you. However, with another storm expected this evening between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, we do not feel it is safe to risk the well-being of our team or further damage to our equipment.

We would also like to sincerely apologize to anyone who may have called to place an order or came in person and found us closed, to all who did not receive an answer or got their doordash orders cancelled by us. During these unexpected storms, we have been focused on securing our equipment, ensuring everyone’s safety, and dealing with the aftermath of the damage. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

These storms have been short-lived but extremely powerful, and after careful consideration, we believe closing is the right decision at this time.

At this point, we may remain closed for the rest of the week, but we will continue to keep you updated.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support during this challenging week. Your kindness means more to us than you know. We look forward to serving you again as soon as it is safe to do so.

What an incredible honor it was to cater for the Pecos Bills Baseball Club today! ⚾️🔥

Today was our first full-service catering event, and wow… what an amazing experience it turned out to be. From the handcrafted pastas and artisan pizzas to the custom cake made by The Flour Factory, seeing everyone enjoy every single detail made all the hard work completely worth it.

Watching the team and guests react to the food — especially the cake — was honestly unforgettable. We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to serve such an amazing organization and be part of this special event.
