There is a shop in Williamsburg that had one of the best sandwiches ever that inspired the Chili Crisp Turkey.

It was on North 3rd so what better way to celebrate our birfmas than with an homage to this banger.

This one is only built for Cuban Linx, from the Deep South.

You know we aren’t a bunch of trad chads, we gotta do some rocket surgery between the bread babies!

This week’s special is a certified heater, we marinated then slow smoked pork shoulder until our new kitchen staff Vega and Edward Scissorhands went BUCK shredding it. We also threw in some maple glazed smoked ham, pepper jack cheese instead of Swiss and disarrayed the typical mustard and pickle options (see below, I basically just told you everything going on here).

Remember when the dog died at the end of Marley & Me? This is the total opposite!

We took aim at the traditional pastrami reuben and made a few technical German tweaks to it (while yelling the entire time)!

Some revamps we did were: Reverse Russian Dressing - instead if it being ketchup forward it is Düsseldorf mustard heavy. We also butter braised the sauerkraut and cooked it down with dill and sweet heat pickles, oh mein Gott!

Combining Brazilian and Canadian flavors (and a little champagne papi) we came up with what we think is a banger that even Kendrick couldn’t take down!
