Today, we celebrate someone who has been an irreplaceable part of the Osteria Vivo family since opening in 2021.
Our Sous Chef, Adri, has been with us since she was just 16 years old. Over the last 5 years, we have had the privilege of watching her grow into the talented, dedicated, and passionate chef she is today. Her commitment to her craft, her work ethic, and her unwavering loyalty are unmatched.
Adri has poured her heart into everything she does, and her dedication has never gone unnoticed. The impact she has made on our team and our guests is truly immeasurable.
While we are incredibly sad to see her go, we are also so proud of her as she begins this next chapter. She leaves behind a legacy of hard work, friendship, and excellence that will continue to inspire all of us.
Thank you, Adri, for your years of commitment, and for being such an important part of this team and our journey. Osteria Vivo would not be what it is today without you.
