Some people have been part of Twelve 28 Kitchen since the beginning. Mia has been part of it even before the beginning.

As our granddaughter, she has grown up alongside this restaurant, helping us long before we ever opened our doors. From sanding tables and painting the walls, to baking in the kitchen, working the line with her Uncle Zach, to bussing tables and eventually welcoming guests as a host and even helping plate your desserts! She has worn just about every hat imaginable.
It is hard to believe that this once little girl is now preparing to graduate next weekend and begin the next chapter of her own journey.
We could not be more proud of the remarkable young woman she has become. Her kindness and bright spirit have been a gift to our family and our restaurant. As she spreads her wings and follows her dreams, we wish her every happiness, success, and blessing that life has to offer.
Congratulations, Mia. We love you, we are so proud of you, and we can't wait to see where life takes you next
