Pensacola, we are OPEN and getting ready to celebrate! ❤️🍰

We’ve had some sweet friends check in on us lately after hearing about another local bakery closing. We want to clear up the air and give you a huge, reassuring hug: Chrisoula’s Cheesecake Shoppe is fully open, baking daily, and not going anywhere!

In fact, we are looking forward, not backward. We are already gearing up for our massive 20th Anniversary in 2027 right here in our beloved hometown. We couldn't have reached this milestone without you.

Speaking of celebrating... National Cheesecake Day is coming up fast on July 30th! 🎉 Get ready, Pensacola, because we have some delicious things planned. Thank you for keeping our ovens hot and our hearts full for nearly two decades. Please Share! Come see us real soon!❤🍰

Thank you ALL so much for your input!! There are two flavors that came close to a tie.... Berry Chantilly and Lemon Blueberry. We will do Berry Chantilly starting Wed. July 1 for two weeks and have Lemon Blueberry on the 15th for two weeks. Note, we will be closed on Sat July 4th. Also, National Cheesecake Day is Thurs, July 30. We will make some Biscoff Crunch to celebrate and Strawberry Shortcake as well. Thank you all!! We hope to see you soon!!❤
