An upstart Catering Service and Restaurant with a focus on utilizing the freshest ingredients.

Reservations takes the attitude that food is life and a way communicating and demonstrating love. We achieve that by utilizing the freshest ingredients and locally sourced products whenever available to provide the highest quality food and dining experience possible. From casual or upscale events for private and corporate clients entertaining guests of 15 up to 200 people, we put passion and care into every meal prepared. With modern takes on classics as well as casual fine dining, we are prepared to meet the needs of a wide spectrum of clients for their banquets and events with drop off services available as well. For those that are taking full advantage of the summer, please look for us at local Farmer's Markets and events at our Pop-Up stand "Reservations presents,
'Tacos by Jeremias'' where we serve a variety traditional tacos and our signature Salmon Tacos!

This is my favorite time of the year. It's cool outside and raining a bit. For the people who can't make it in today because your working from home or just watching the rain from the couch or office, I've hooked you up with 15% off your order and $0 Delivery Fees on Doordash!

If you haven't been into Distillery Labs to get a true sense of how creative ideas are transformed into tangible products through shared resources within this community.....you should, while getting a Latte and one of the best lunches in town made with fresh ingredients and passion!

But, service doesn't stop there. Just as we have for quite some time, we offer the In Home Dining Experience for intimate gatherings for a Date Night, Social Gatherings or Birthdays!

Well, I wanted to add another favorite before we get to the Shrimp and Grits, but the curry for the Butter Salmon is scorched, and there's just not enough time to make a new batch today.

That's fine, because we still have Jerk Chicken, Eggrolls and a Grilled Veggie Plate!
