No, you didn't accidently follow a new restaurant. This is our new concept that we are transforming Tiki Star into, Copper Star Smokehouse. We will be offering bbq with a Southwestern flair. Our menu will feature creative sandwiches, salads, appetizers, desserts, and of course, smoked meat. Our bar will offer local beer and craft cocktails. Copper Star will be a family friendly establishment with a slight rock & roll vibe. We can't wait to show you what we have been working on!

Hello everyone—Mario here.
I have some difficult news to share: this Sunday will be our last day operating as Tiki Star. We’ll be closing for a few weeks while we work on rebranding the space into a new concept.
Tiki Star was truly our passion project. Opening a tiki bar with a chef-driven menu was a dream of ours, but after a year and a half we’ve realized that, in the West Valley, the tiki concept hasn’t connected the way we hoped. Making this decision hurts, but we also need to build a model that’s more sustainable and busier day-to-day.
At the moment, we can’t share the new concept yet because our plans are still pending landlord approval. After Sunday, we expect to be closed for about a month while we redesign the building and handle the necessary legal and administrative items. If our concept is approved, we’ll reopen with a more approachable rebrand that still stays true to our core values: scratch-made food, unique cocktails, and friendly service in a family-friendly environment.
Thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown us. Tiki Star has meant the world to our family, but it’s simply not sustainable long-term.
