Come hang with us for breakfast or lunch! We’ve got fresh bagels, bagels with schmear, bagel sandwiches, biscuit sandwiches, biscuits & gravy, and CHICKEN SANDWICHES!

Did we mention chicken sandwiches? Because we’ve got those for lunch, too. 🐔

We know there are a few different things happening under one roof, so here's the easiest way to know when you can get what:

🥯 Bright-O-Bagels
Thu + Fri: 7 AM-1:30 PM
Sat + Sun: 8 AM-1:30 PM

👉 Last 30 minutes of the day: $1 bagels (whatever's left, while supplies last!)

🐔 BrightBird Chicken Sandwiches
Thu-Sat: 10 AM-1:30 PM
Sun: 8 AM-1:30 PM

🍜 BrightBelly Ramen
Every Thursday: 5-8 PM

👉 First come, first served seating

BrightBird Biscuit and Chicken Gravy. A fresh biscuit under fried chicken and our pepper gravy. It is rich, it is not sorry, and neither are we.

Bright-O Hot Ham and Cheese. Smoked ham, Jarlsberg cheese, Granny Smith apple, red onion, and miso maple mustard on your choice of bagel.

Both are running this week and might stay, or go…you choose.

Ramen nights are here. 🍜

Starting this week, BrightBelly Ramen is serving every Thursday night at BrightSide Kitchen!

No reservations, just come on in! Seating is first come, first served, and we do expect there may be a waitlist, especially as we get into the rhythm of our first few Thursday nights. We're a small team making a whole lot of ramen, so bear with us while we dial in the flow and figure out what works best!

For now, Thursday ramen is dine-in only. We really want to have control over the experience and make sure every bowl leaving our kitchen is served the way it's supposed to be. If you've been waiting for ramen at home... stay tuned for Ramen kits in the works. 👀

Come hungry and spend Thursday night with us! We're excited to finally make this a weekly thing. ❤️
