All Products made by us are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Ingredients:
All cakes, cookies, bread, fillings, and icings may contain or come into contact with ALLERGENS such as SOY, WHEAT, DAIRY, NUTS, AND TREE NUTS OR ANY OTHER ALLERGEN. It is the Customers
responsibility to inform me before confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the Customer's responsibility to inform their guests of all allergy information, and accordingly, the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from the consumption of products sold by the business. All products are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration. Orders:
sCRUMBtious is continually booked in advance, so we require the following:
At least a 4-day notice needs to be given for orders on macarons and cookies (excluding decorated sugar cookies with royal frosting). At least a 14-day notice needs to be given for orders of cupcakes, cakes, and decorated sugar cookies with royal frosting. sCRUMBtious will, however, accept a short notice order for a rush order fee of 20% of the total order cost plus the delivery fee if delivery is needed. Picking up the order will only result in a fee of 20% of the total order cost. Any Products ordered will NOT be an exact reproduction from a picture or photo of a product produced by any other baker. Pictures or photos are used only as references and ideas only. We can only reproduce products as our version of that Product. Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of orders $50 and up is required to reserve your spot for your order within seven days before pick up or delivery. Where we have delivered what is quoted and invoiced, but the Customer does not accept the finished Product, the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. The
Customers can choose to pay the remainder and take the Product/s or leave them at no extra cost. Unforeseen Circumstances:
When we cancel a booking due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances that affect the ability to deliver the ordered Product, the deposit will be refunded within seven days of notification to the Customer. Final Balance Payments and Pickups:
The balance is due on or before the pickup date and before the Product leaves the premises. If paying by internet transfer, the money must hit the account BEFORE the Product leaves the premises. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the state of the Product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that products arrive at their destination safely and are stored as instructed to achieve the best results for taste and quality. Delivery:
sCRUMBtious offers delivery for certain destinations. Delivery is charged at our discretion. Delivery will be carried out safely and appropriately. Once delivered to the Customer and change of hands has been completed with the Product in appropriate condition, it is the Customer to store products as per our instructions. If anything happens to the products after this exchange, we are not liable for any damages. Both parties will agree on the delivery date and time. Suppose the Customer is not at the location at this time and date, and we cannot contact the Customer. In that case, the Product will be transported back to our premises. It will be the Customer's responsibility to collect the Product. Publication:
We reserve the right to use any image of a product made by us for publication at a later date. Pickup:
The Customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur after the Product is released from the care and custody of the Supplier. The Supplier is not liable for any damage that may occur after that. Refunds/Cancellations/Postponements Policy:

If, for any reason, the event is required to be postponed, please get in touch with me immediately. The new date proposed will be subject to availability. Cancellations/Refund:
If cancellation of the order is required, and you have paid your full balance, the refund policy for all orders other than regular cookies (except sugar cookies with royal frosting) is as follows:
If the cancellation is up to 1 day prior for macarons and three days prior for all other orders, there will be absolutely no refund. If the cancellation is up to 7 days prior on orders $50 and more, a refund will be given minus your deposit, and the cost of the ingredients and supplies bought for your order. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation. Any non-refunded balance may be credited toward future purchases. "Products produced at a residential property are exempt from state licensing and inspection."
