Originally, the word refers to Mexican street stands or vendors. However, in some regions the art form can be experienced outdoors from a taco truck and indoors at restaurants. Serving tacos, tortas, burritos & quesadillas de/of:

Al Pastor / Rotisserie Pork ("shepherd style") - are made of thin pork steaks seasoned with adobo seasoning, then skewered and overlapped on one another on a vertical r

Chorizo/Mexican Pork Sausage - The meat is usually ground (minced) rather than chopped, and different seasonings are used. A flat punctured metal plate from which steam emerges is used to cook the head of the cow. Lengua/Beef Tongue - cooked similar to cow head. WE ALSO OFFER CATERING SERVICES
