Good Morning! It's Mimi again. I'm sad to write this post, as you know I leased the cafe and turned the reins over to another couple mid April. Unfortunately, that did not work out. If anyone is interested in renting as a restaurant, please let me know. I know it can be profitable! It's a hard job - and A LOT of hours, but it can work. I have no plans to reopen the cafe as I am too busy with my other endeavors. If you are interested, let me know. I'm also looking at dividing the building and creating 2 retail spaces and a catering kitchen. Or...selling the building (there are 2 apartments and an office upstairs). Well with a heavy heart The Salted Honey Cafe will be closing effective today. This has been a very hard decision for myself and my wife (Jodi). Would like to thank everyone for the support you have shown to the restaurant. Also the employees that we have have been incredible. It has been a pleasure serving the customers and I will truly miss the interaction we have had.
