New season, new menu, and this might be my favorite one yet:
Amalfi Coast meets countryside! I’ve been dreaming about this one for weeks, espresso and citrus, sun-ripened fruit, fresh herbs, creamy pistachio, and all the bright flavors of summer.
Starting tomorrow, you’ll find our Tuscan Benny, Italian Sausage Frittata, Pistachio Matcha Pancakes, Tiramisu French Toast, and Tiramisu Crepes. Filled with whipped espresso mascarpone, strawberries, shaved chocolate, and espresso drizzle, they’re perfect for sharing. Calling it now, those crepes are the one everyone’s going to post. Pair them with our Pistachio Cream Latte and it’s a whole experience!
You know the Espresso Bar has a summer glow up as well. We’re pouring Pistachio Cream, Tiramisu, and Amalfi Coast Lattes, three new matcha specials in Lemon Ricotta, Pistachio, and Peach Bellini, and Rove Farm Sodas in Peach Bellini, Strawberry Limonata, and Blood Orange. Make sure to say, “Hi” to Barista Trinity, she’s here Wednesday - Sunday and is about as excited as I am for this menu!
For our staple breakfast and lunch lovers, don’t worry, your favorites aren’t going anywhere. Bea’s Benedict, Corned Beef Hash, Bacon & Eggs, the Bennys, Joe’s Special, and the burgers are all still here. I know you guys come for these items, and I got you! 💗
But honestly, what I’ve enjoyed most about this menu isn’t just the food, it’s getting the café ready for summer. We’re planting fresh herbs to grow around the café. Citrus and summer flavors finding their way onto the menu. Patio tables getting a fresh coat of paint (between rain 😂) Little details that make this place feel more and more like the Rove we’ve always imagined.
