Starting Thursday the Brisko Melt is BACK! Smoked beef brisket, caramelized onions and peppers, aged Swiss, Havarti, and our Signature BBQ sauce on grilled sourdough, served with your choice of side. And don’t stop there… Warm up with a bowl of our rich and creamy Tomato Bisque, served with a piece of cornbread. Finish strong with a cup of our Homemade Banana Pudding, layered with crushed Nilla wafers, fresh sliced bananas, creamy banana pudding, and homemade whipped cream, then finished with more crushed Nilla wafers.

🍂 It’s still October, but our taste buds have moved on to Thanksgiving! This week starting Thursday through Sunday at Stone Jug, we’re serving up our Open-Faced Smoked Turkey Sandwich. This sandwich starts with a piece of toasted sourdough topped with smoked sliced turkey breast and smothered in a rich, savory gravy, served with mashed potatoes and cranberry relish.
We’re also dishing out some serious comfort by the bowl with our Brisket Barley Soup, served with a piece of cornbread to soak up every last bite.
And making a sweet return is our Pumpkin Pie Bread Pudding topped with cream cheese icing and finished with graham cracker crumble! Think of it as a warm-up for Thanksgiving… 🦃

We’ve got a good one for you starting Thursday!

The SJB Loaded Baked Potato starts with a smoked potato and then topped with homemade b**r cheese sauce, smoked and double-seasoned burnt ends, crispy french-fried onions, and house-pickled jalapeños.

We’re also serving Pozole Verde with a piece of cornbread. Pozole Verde is a Mexican soup made with hominy and pork in a green broth made with tomatillos, green chiles, jalapeños, and herbs like cilantro.

For dessert, we’ve got Classic Bread Pudding topped with our Bourbon Glaze. You might want to leave room for that one!

Want to mix things up? Try them with your choice of mixers! Bring your favorite people, settle in for some BBQ, and let us pour you a little fall spirit.

🍻 Oktoberfest is taking over the specials at Stone Jug BBQ this week starting Thursday!

Coming up at Stone Jug is our Grilled German Pork Chop Sandwich! We tenderize a boneless pork chop, season it with our pork rub, and grill it. Then it's topped with sweet bacon sauerkraut, cooked in Samuel Adams Octoberfest b**r, Swiss cheese, and IPA b**r mustard on a toasted bun. It’s served a side of your choice and garnished with house made pickles.
Our Pork Rub is also available to purchase in-house so you can fire up those same flavors at home!
Our special side is German Potato Salad made with red potatoes. Add it as a side to any meal especially the special!
Grab a bowl of Chicken Lemon Orzo Soup served with cornbread.
And last but not least finish your meal off with a piece of Cinnamon Bread Pudding topped with apples, streusel, and cream cheese icing.
