Order Inquiries:
All inquiries will be responded to in the order they are received. Include: Date, quantity, Colors, Theme, & Inspo pictures if available. I will respond to all inquiries with price list & quote for your order. You have 24 hours from the time you receive a quote to confirm order & pay your deposit to secure your date. Invoices & Deposits:
All invoices require
50% Non-Refundable Deposit at the time of receipt. If deposit is not paid within 24 hours of invoice being sent the order will be canceled.
**All deposits are Non-Refundable, Final payment is due on date of pickup**
Cancellation Policy:
All invoices that need to be canceled will receive credit only for the next order. Cancellation notice cannot exceed 72 hours from due date in order to receive credit. Pick-Ups:
All Orders should be picked up at the date & time on your invoice
30 minute pick-up window will be provided for all orders
Any order picked up after the 30 minute window will be charged a $20 late fee due on day of pick-up

*please be advised all treats are heat sensitive & should be stored in a cool area such as refrigerator*
Food Allergen Warning:
Some food items prepared in our kitchen may contain Wheat, Soy, Nuts & Dairy. Please let us know any allergies prior to ordering
Designs:
Non-edibles: Our cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake . It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving. We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist's work but will ensure the look is similar.
