Well, folks, it’s time for a bittersweet announcement: Our beloved Sanchez, the sandwich wizard extraordinaire, is finally stepping away from our restaurant family! After more years than we can count (seriously, we lost track after year three), he has decided to spread his culinary wings and open his very own place.

Let’s be real—if you’ve savored a breakfast sandwich or any of our mouthwatering porchetta’s in the last like five years, you’ve likely had a tasted what Sanchez has kept on lockdown for us.

While we’re sad to see him go (who else is going to handle your breakfast?!) we couldn’t be more ecstatic about this new chapter in his life. Sanchez, we’re cheering you on from the sidelines, you know we are here to support you and can’t wait to see the incredible things you’ll whip up in your own kitchen!

This isn’t goodbye forever; it’s just a temporary farewell. You’ll always be part of our family, and we promise to keep the spirit of Sanchez alive in every sandwich we make. So, here’s to you, Sanchito!!!

We use our signature Porco's Spice Mix (it's a secret), including Calabrian chili flakes and fennel pollen.
