Meet Scott Swiderski, Bankroll’s Culinary Director. While he previously opened Buddakan and worked for David Burke, Chef Swiderski has brought his culinary excellence and innovation to Bankroll where he elevates every plate that passes through the kitchen.
We asked Chef: What’s your favorite dish at Bankroll?
“Hard to say I have one favorite, so I’ll give you two. With the appetizers, it has to be the Billionaire Bacon. We labored over that recipe for months before we opened, and all of that research and development paid off with the finished product. And the Crab Cake has to be my favorite entree. Very simple recipe, no real filler, delicious lemon aioli, and a simple arugula salad.”
