More than 450 HOPE Kits, one shared commitment to supporting people when they need it most.

This month, Aramark volunteers across six states came together to pack comfort packages for people recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

Filled with personal care items, comfort products, and handwritten notes, each kit was assembled in partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and supported through its HOPE Kit Program.

At University of Tennessee, Knoxville, nutrition and dietetics students aren’t just studying theory. They’re putting it to work alongside Vol Dining’s culinary and dining teams.

Through a longstanding partnership with the Department of Nutrition and Public Health Services, NUTR 430 students spend 45 hours working inside Vol Dining’s operations, planning menus, supervising teams, and tackling real projects like allergen management and cost forecasting.

At the University of South Carolina, food recovery has become a campus-wide effort with a big impact.

Through Garnet Bites, Feed the Flock, and a partnership with the student-led Food Recovery Network, surplus food from catered events, dining halls, and retail dining locations is being safely recovered and redistributed to students.

Food safety is at the heart of every meal served at Children’s National Hospital, and that commitment has earned special recognition.

Aramark Healthcare+ has received the District of Columbia Department of Health’s 17th Annual Director’s Award, a distinction awarded to only about 1% of the more than 6,500 food service establishments across Washington, D.C.
