With heavy hearts and much gratitude, after 36 years of growing with you and the UPenn community, we are saying goodbye. We sold our business the end of 2024.

When we started in 1988, Bui's Lunch Truck was a means to provide for our family. We got way more than we could ever imagine with you and the UPenn community as our friends and our extended family. We thank you for all your support, patronage, friendship, and loyalty.

Wishing you and yours a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year and new beginnings.

In 1907, Dr. Julius Neubronner submitted a patent application for a new invention: the pigeon camera. At first, he was simply hoping to track the flights of the birds in his flock. But his invention—allowing for surveillance with speed and range that was previously impossible—led to a more sublime achievement.
