What an honor to see Osteria featured in the November issue of , Philly's New Italian American, celebrating the chefs, restaurants, and traditions shaping Italian cuisine in Philadelphia.

For nearly 20 years, Chef Jeff Michaud has brought his love for Italy to the heart of Osteria. Sparked by Marc Vetri and continued through years of travels across Italy with , Jeff remains deeply connected to the people, places, and culinary traditions that first inspired him. Those experiences find their way back to our kitchen, where Northern Italian techniques meet the best of Pennsylvania's seasonal ingredients, keeping our cooking rooted in tradition while always evolving.
