A dish with centuries behind it. Duck à l’orange has long held its place in the French culinary canon, pairing rich duck with the brightness and bitterness of citrus. Our take: Duck Confit à l’Orange with braised endive and Grand Marnier-duck jus.

We recently welcomed Stephanie, cheesemaker and owner of , to Parc for an afternoon with our team, tasting through and learning more about the craft behind the cheeses now featured on our Assiette de Fromages.

Our selection comes entirely from Valley Milkhouse Creamery in Pennsylvania’s Oley Valley: Thistle, a Camembert-style cheese; Blue Bell, a raw milk Stilton-style blue; and Lady’s Slipper, a rich, raw milk Dutch-style tomme washed with c***r lees.

Best enjoyed with a glass of Victorine de Chastenay Crémant de Bourgogne Brut. 🧀🥂
