Hope everyone is enjoying the month of November so far. The Thanksgiving holiday tasting menu special is about to end this Wednesday. Reopening back on Saturday. Starting next month instead of your basic holiday traditions. The chef is providing a 7 course tasting catering seafood menu good until 4pm Christmas eve to celebrate "the feast of the seven fishes". Yes it has been awhile since my last post. It has been very busy and the chef can only do so much to satisfied his clients, friends, and family.

There has been a lot of changes to the menu and always accepting customer request orders. Therefore, if your reading this post for now only follow the Chef Tom Cotter on his personal page @ Tom Cotter or Istagram @ inked_bites for all of his update info instead of this page.

The website has been updated and just waiting for it to be safe for everyone's mobile device. New group size catering menu available for download. The individualize menu has been edited. Hopefully by tomorrow morning I will let everyone know that it is ready for viewing. Plus as for the next couple of holidays coming up this month there will no service . So enjoy your weekend and this mother's day everyone.
