Bubble & Squeak Pierogi are on special at Richmond St this week.

Served with crispy Brussels on top, bacon vinaigrette and a mustard/bacon sour cream.

This classic British dish gets its name from the sounds the pan makes are cabbage, onions and bacon are deeply caramelized together. This mixture’s then folded into our potato filling.

Pair them with a pint or two of Keen, mild ale.

Our handmade pierogi are filled with braised bulgogi from KT, topped with caramelized onions, bulgogi consommé, kimchi, herbs and toasted sesame.

We’ll be there. The official market is canceled but we’ll be there with a handful of other vendors. We’ll have our usual pierogi offerings by the dozen as well as BUFFALO CHICKEN PIEROGI. Be the talk of the Super Bowl Party (btw the Eagles are still world champs until the game is over tomorrow, GO BIRDS).

Pickups will be Dec. 20th from just two turns off of 95 and 5 minutes from the Betsy Ross and Tacony bridge (and there’s a parking lot). During a busy holiday season early bird gets the worm, we can only make so many pierogi by hand. Be grandma’s favorite grandson (granddaughter/ grandchild)! Win the competition, show up with Mom-Mom’s (you can pretend you made everything from scratch, we don’t care).
