REUBY’s signature curry is filled inside our beet pierogi dough with queso chihuahua and served in a puddle of pepperoncini salsa blanca and garnished with radish, red onion and cilantro.

Our classic farmer’s cheese pierogi meet their perfect pairing. They’re boiled, tossed in butter and herbs, topped with snap peas from Root Mass Farm , bacon vinaigrette and a shower of fresh horseradish.

Available in half or whole orders. Don’t ask for them pan fried, it doesn’t work with these. Boiled only, don’t ask, chef will yell.

Bubble & Squeak Pierogi are on special at Richmond St this week.

Served with crispy Brussels on top, bacon vinaigrette and a mustard/bacon sour cream.

This classic British dish gets its name from the sounds the pan makes are cabbage, onions and bacon are deeply caramelized together. This mixture’s then folded into our potato filling.

Pair them with a pint or two of Keen, mild ale.
