We’re thinking about keeping our old menu and offering alkaline meal prep. We’ve gotten so many alkaline meal prep orders but y’all still want your comfort food. As long as we’re giving you options, and educating y’all at the same time, we’re happy. Stay tuned, we’ll be offering a Christmas catering package as well as plates from our new combined menu. We love you guys and thank you for your continued support. Ordering will soon be available for delivery.

Here’s another item that will be on our menu 😋

Our Falafal salad is loaded with: Falafel/chickpea patties made with amaranth flour (an ancient grain from South Africa that is GLUTEN FREE 😁😁😁) that are drizzled with tahini dressing. Diced plum tomato’s, seeded raisins or chopped dates, crushed papaya seeds, sea salt, crushed Brazil/walnut mix, olives, diced organic cucumbers, avocado slices, on a bed of organic kale and arugula, drizzled with a homemade sweet vinaigrette made with sea moss gel and other approved seasonings.
