Shish*to season just kicked off with McClendon's Select and we decided to celebrate it with some rich, bold flavour. If you are a fan of Ceasar salad, you will like this Tonnato sauce. We build it out with our premium sourced EVOO from Olio Decimi, boquarones (pickled white anchovies) Island Trollers albacore tuna, capers, a splash of cabernet vin. Creamy, tangy and pairs well with veggies. Tonnato translates to ‘tunafied’ in Italian.

A mix of Romanesco, white and purple cauliflower from . Tossed in EVOO, salt and roasted in our woodfired oven. Finished with Urfa pepper, creamy Tzatziki and topped with Shiso Chimichurri, sesame and Nori.
