Dear Friends,
We write this statement with a mix of emotions as we share some bittersweet news. After much consideration and heartfelt discussions, my wife and I have decided to close the doors of our beloved Little Chef Diner. While this decision hasn't come easily, we want to emphasize that this is not a failure. Quite the opposite, in fact.
Over the past year, our journey with Little Chef Diner has been nothing short of extraordinary. We are incredibly proud to have been featured on multiple news outlets, including a feature in Phoenix Magazine. The cherry on top of this fantastic experience was undoubtedly our appearance on the Food Network's Chopped. These achievements have given us a platform to showcase our passion for culinary arts and highlight the unique flavors we brought to our community.
However, what truly made this journey worthwhile were the relationships we forged with each and every one of you. From the moment you stepped into our diner, you became more than just customers – you became part of our extended family. It was an honor to serve you, to see your smiles, and to create lasting memories with each visit. The joy we witnessed as you savored our creations will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
While this chapter may be coming to a close, we are thrilled to share that our journey doesn't end here. Our new chapter brings our beloved food trailer, Culinary Theory, bring it back to life and taking our exceptional cuisine to different locations around the valley. Culinary Theory is where it all began for us, and it was this venture that paved the way for the opportunity to open Little Chef Diner. We are excited to return to our roots and continue delighting taste buds with the same great food that you have come to love. Stay tuned for updates on our new culinary adventures with Culinary Theory, and we sincerely hope to see you there as we embark on this exciting new chapter.
We invite you to join us one last time to celebrate the incredible journey we've shared. On Sunday, August 27th, will be our final day of operation. We would be honored to serve you one last time and bid farewell to Little Chef Diner together. Your presence would mean the world to us as we close this chapter and embark on new culinary adventures.
Once again, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support throughout this unforgettable adventure. Little Chef Diner may be closing its doors, but the memories, relationships, and flavors we created together will endure.
