This weekend come by for a couple of FREE biscochitos with each purchase. My mom passed two years ago this Sunday and I want to share one of my favorite things to make with her. This was also one of the last things she made with us a couple of weeks before passing. Get them while they last, limited amount avaiable.

I would LOVE your support by nominating us for the Spirit of Service award in a contest put on by TOAST (our point of sale software). If you have been in to our restaurant or ordered from the food truck, I think you know how much we LOVE serving you all. After all, it is WHY I am here, doing what I am doing.

I have to install a new grease trap in the restaurant that is north of $5,000 and if we were to somehow win, this award would take care of that.

Submissions are due June 12th (in two days).

Get ready - it’s almost Hatch Chile season!! We bring the freshest green chile direct from the fields in Hatch NM in a refrigerated truck and roast it for our annual . This year is number 6. Preorder will open in August. Save the date: September 4-5. Friday night 5-9pm and Saturday morning 6-11am

The festival includes: Food trucks, vendor corner, car cruise in, kids corner w/bounce houses, music and more!!

We’ve been told our chile is the most flavorful and freshest Hatch Green Chile found in AZ.

MENU UPDATE: We have added the Hatch Green Chile roll back to the menu - get it as our breakfast sandwich or just the roll!!! Also testing out our version of a “smash burger taco”… single smash, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes topped with a Green Chile ranch.

Join us for a day out to watch the Denver Broncos vs my Arizona Cardinals on October 25th.

I will be purchasing group tickets together tomorrow afternoon, if you are interested in joining the group comment below or send me a message. A deposit of $50 per ticket is required. There are a couple of ticket options I am looking at to keep the cost down - looking at terrace level end zone or sidelines depending on the lowest rows. Price for each ticket will be between $100-$150 plus any stadium fees. I’ll have final cost tomorrow evening.

Depending on the interest, I may charter a van from the restaurant and there might just be a tailgate at the stadium.

Amazing day today. All the work I do is for the glory of God and to see so many new people today makes everything worth it. Today, I had the privilege of having the band Coloso hang out at the restaurant for a tour meal and my friend Grimm shows up from out of nowhere like it was meant to be.
