Blueberry Cakes are back thanks to ~wildly~ popular demand.

We'll call this our "seasonal special" and they'll be available every day for a couple months until our next seasonal special. We're currently offering glazed and vanilla icing (pictured here, with sprinkles).
Am I cooking up a fun icing to add to the mix? Absolutely. But more on that later.

We've got lots of bars, fritters, filled donuts, cakes, French cruellers, and plenty of glazed donuts left! Basically, all the staples.
A few guava jams left, but the Thai Tea cream puff has sold out.

We're back & thank you so much for the well wishes and warm welcome home!
Flavor of the Month(s) for both July AND August is a Thai Tea Cream Puff.

Growing up, Thai Tea was quintessential summer. Whether it was road tripping, picnics at the park, days by the lake, or after a hot day of helping out in the yard, very few things were as refreshing to me than a tall glass of Thai Tea.

Notes of black Assam Tea (so, slight caffeine warning there), vanilla, and classic Thai Tea spices, come try this refreshing, "sweet, but not too sweet" cream puff.

Available every day July & August. Quantities are limited & limit 2 per party, unless you call ahead and special order at least a business day in advance.

Happiest of birthdays to our beloved Front End Manager & little brother. Slinging donuts together since '98!

What an honor its been to witness you; your talent for deadpan one-liners, passion for fantastical game play, and now a budding knack for photography.

We can't thank you enough for all the help & support you've given us over the years, but especially these past few months of our transition. While you pretend to be stoic, your thoughtfulness and care has shown in even the toughest of times. I've lost track of the number of times you've gone on midnight soda runs, quietly restocked when we've lost track, and wordlessly picked up the slack in my sleep deprived deliriums. Thank you for all you do.

You're the bestest little brother I could have ever hoped for and we hope this golden year brings you much joy & adventure. Cheers to you, KJ, and we hope you're living it up in Japan!

June's Flavor of the Month: GUAVA!

Another nostalgic favorite. This tropical fruit is adored across so many cultures, often used in desserts.

My first distinct memory of guava was when we were hiking the 'Iao Valley in Maui. My dad walked ahead, pulled down a branch, and picked a mysterious green fruit off of it. With a huge grin, he swiped it on his shirt, and passed it to my brother and I to try.

It was tart, sweet, hard, but had a squishy give. The seeds were such a cool texture. We loved it!

From then on, my dad would occasionally surprise us with Kern's guava drink. He would tell us that he grew up not far from the factory that made them. When I returned as a young adult to Hawaii for college, my care packages were pumpkin donuts, cup noodle, Swiss Miss and Kern's guava drinks. Even from afar, I felt so loved.

My friend said the guava jam donuts remind him of the Pastelitos de Guayaba he grew up with. I haven't tried them yet, but was so heartwarmed to hear that.
