Spending the summer months on the road has been the best decision. It's just so hot in the Phoenix metro it's impossible to work on the streets so this summer I have been on a ship in the Chesapeake bay feeding the crew. It's been a wonderful experience so far but I'm missing home, I will be back mid September so hit me up for any of your event needs.

If you haven't heard yet I have lost another good friend. James and I started food trucks about the same time and a beautiful friendship was started. I had the privilege of being by his side and even cooking a meal for him in the days before he passed. Please if you could spare a few dollars that would be awesome.

I had the pleasure of sitting at the chefs table at Junipine resort. I must say that the food was just incredible, I haven't been wowed like this in a very long time.
