Here at Thee Ravenus King, we’re all about being decadent and spoiling ourselves while still being healthy and eating well.
One of my favorite recipes that I’d like to share is my sprouted lentil wraps.
Keto, low carb and high in protein and flavor!
You can use a different variety of lentils, you can also add almond or garbanzo flour and even coconut milk to cater to your own taste buds.
They’re easy to make,delicious and very filling, even if you’re not vegan or keto:
Soak your favorite type of raw lentils overnight in a small amount of water. Drain the next day and add either more water, broth, coconut milk or almond milk + your favorite spices in a blender or food processor. Make sure to use less liquid than lentils. Blend till an almost paste like yet still slightly liquid consistency. Heat up a good flat top or egg pan. I like to add a few drops of coconut oil to the pan or flat top. Then add your batter, making it like a thin pancake. Cook like a thin pancake.
Then fill with your favorite ingredients!
I like making a gluten free crepe wrap: cheese, protein, sauce, veggies, fold it and eat! It’s so delicious! Enjoy! ♥️
