I'm so grateful for this journey of owning a business. There's been a lot I've learned and I feel like I've only scratched the surface. And while stressful at times it's honestly fun! For the first time I'm excited to wake up and go to work. My favorite part definitely has been getting to spend time in the cafe behind the bar. I love the personal interactions. Getting to know the regulars who visit and learning their order is genuinely something that makes me happy; I've always delighted in crafting something for someone else to enjoy, and the personal satisfaction of being able to do so in such a scale as my own coffee shop is incredible.

Sonoran summer is just around the corner, and we’re ready with tall glasses of 's Cactus Blossom Hibiscus iced tea. Beautifully red and gently tart, it’s one of our favorite refreshers for the season ahead.

We’ve been sourcing it for years from a fellow family-owned business that shares our love for quality ingredients and thoughtful sourcing.

It means a lot to us to support other family businesses—and when you stop in for a drink like this, you're supporting them too. A simple celebration of flavor, place, and people.
