Huckleberry Swirl 💜🫐

Huckleberry Swirl will be back this afternoon at Sweet Republic and this time it carries a little extra meaning.

We are dedicating this batch in remembrance of Bob McClendon, the pioneering Arizona organic farmer and heart behind McClendon’s Select. Bob helped shape the way chefs and restaurants across the Valley think about local produce, always championing quality, seasonality, and deep relationships with growers. We are grateful to have worked with him and to continue sourcing these beautiful berries through his team.

Wild huckleberries hand harvested from the Oregon coast bring a deeper, more complex flavor than blueberries with just the right touch of tartness. We gently cook them into a glossy sauce and swirl it through our sweet cream with a hint of vanilla for a clean, vibrant finish. Available until mid March.

Thanksgiving Ice Cream Pies are back and better than ever:
🍫 Dubai Chocolate with pistachio layers and shredded phyllo
🥧 Brown Butter Pecan made with toasted Arizona-grown pecans
🎃 Pumpkin Caramel Cheesecake swirled with salted caramel goodness

Each pie serves 6–8 and sits on a honey waffle crust filled with almost two pints of ice cream (yes, really).

Preorder yours for pickup Nov 24–26 by Sunday Nov 23. Thanksgiving calories don’t count when it’s ice cream. 🍂

Toasted Matcha Marshmallow Pops

For a very limited time, these mouthwatering pops made with matcha ice cream enrobed in dark chocolate and wrapped in fluffy house-made marshmallow are available at every store! We toast them to order right in front of you! These were a hit at the Devour Culinary Classic. Hurry in this weekend before they're all gone!

Having gone to college in Philadelphia and then to my first ice cream school in St Louis, I'm having a hard time deciding between the two teams this year. Luckily, you don't have to decide between these two delicious flavors:

Philly Blitz: inspired by all things PA from Utz's savory blend of snacks to Philadelphia cream cheese, and finished with chocolate flakes - once you take a bite of this, you won't be able to stop! Go Eagles!

Huckleberry Swirl 🫐

Huckleberry Swirl is back! Made with wild huckleberries foraged off the Oregon coast only once a year, this is a very special seasonal flavor that we’re only running for a few weeks.

Huckleberries have a much more complex and robust flavor compared to blueberries, with the perfect touch of tartness. We keep it simple to focus on these beautiful flavors by cooking the 🫐 into a sauce with just sugar. Then we swirl the huckleberry sauce into sweet cream with a kiss of vanilla. 😘

In 2023, we celebrated 15 years of bringing our sweetest dreams alive and much of it has to do with Chef Courtney helming our kitchen.
